Ravi Gupta is Live on Elevate
It was great to welcome Dr. Ravi Gupta to the show. Ravi is the Co-Founder, Managing Member and Director of Operations of Viking Capital Investments LLC, a multifamily investment company that currently has $250 million of assets under management. Ravi also directs the company’s charitable arm. His strengths include raising capital, investor relations, repositioning, conservation and green energy. He is also a practicing physician in northern Virginia.
This episode’s key takeaway was the idea of accepting uncertainty and variety in life. “That's the one thing that holds people back from developing their business, from growing in different directions in life,” said Ravi. “And if you can really be comfortable with that, that can make your life tremendously different and improved.”
They also discussed expecting fail, especially during the early stages of a real estate investing career, with Ravi sharing how a couple of his personal and professional failures resulted in him discovering blind spots in his life. Ravi also mentioned several impactful books (linked below) and mentors from various industries. Other topics included role models in different areas of life, RPM (rapid planning method), optimal morning routines, adding value to others and much more!
