Yonah Weiss is Live on Elevate

We were thrilled to have Yonah Weiss, a cost segregation expert, investor and a LinkedIn networking aficionado, on the show to discuss many self-discovery topics that go beyond business, including several of Yonah’s inspiring stories and personal experiences.

Yonah and Tyler primarily focused on how to identify your core competencies and greatest skills. Yonah shared how an epiphany led him to Israel, where he gained immense personal development and the discovery of one of his greatest skills: Learning things fast. Yonah discussed how he was able to quickly become proficient in new languages and how that skillset led him to become who he is today. An excerpt from Yonah’s experience in Israel is below:

When I got to Israel, I started going deep into ancient texts and picked up a new language, Hebrew. I became totally fluent in Hebrew and Aramaic, which is another ancient language in Yiddish, so I went very deep into this and became very quickly proficient in all of these things. And I really surprised myself and I learned that one of my greatest skills is learning things fast. So that kind of opened me up to be able to explore other avenues, other things, which ultimately led me, 20 years later, to real estate and the different aspects of real estate, and specifically, cost segregation.  I've become, in the past  few years, known as the world's expert in cost segregation.

Yonah and Tyler also covered the importance of giving without the expectation of receiving, the benefits of investing your time through networking, setting daily parameters, cost segregation and much more. There are many valuable personal and business takeaways in this episode that Elevate Nation can implement themselves!
