Michael Blank is Featured on Elevate
It was great to have Michael Blank share his invaluable experiences and insights on Elevate. Michael is the author of the Amazon best seller “Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing,” and the host of the popular Apartment Building Investing Podcast, as well as the founder of Nighthawk Equity where he controls over $65 million in multifamily assets.
In this episode, Michael and Tyler primarily focused on how to acquire great power through clarity and being intentional with your actions. Michael shared a number of failures that set him up for future success. They also highlighted principles of successful underwriting and analysis, applications of consistency and how it relates to your overall success, committing to desired outcomes, how to deal with the stress and challenges that real estate investing inevitably brings.

When I started my search for financial freedom in 2005, I would say I was probably mostly about the money. And once I lost it all, it was about something else. It was much more about the mission. And once I became clear about things just magically happened. But my mission right now is to help 1,000 people quit their jobs with real estate. And it may not be in the way they're thinking, which is mostly single family house investing, but in fact, with apartment buildings. And what's surprising to most people is that that's something that you can do without any experience and without your own cash. All you really need is a hustle and a desire to quit your job or become financially free. So that's what lights me up. That's why I get up in the morning.
