It was great having Jake Stenziano on Elevate. Jake is a bestselling author, cofounder of jakeandgino.com, and the founder and chief operating officer of Rand Property Management. He is a leading expert on multifamily investing, controlling over 1,500 multifamily units and over $100 million in assets.

In this episode, Jake and Tyler focus on reinvesting in your business by scaling all of its systems. In particular, Jake talks about the benefits of scaling up coaching, quality control and new content. He shares a couple of his personal scaling failures, including a lesson from Jim Clayton of Clayton Homes.
