It was a lot of fun to have Michael on the show! Michael is an active commercial real estate broker who has closed over $6 billion in sales volume over 30 years. He is licensed in nine states, with Bull Realty, headquartered in Atlanta, which he founded 22 years ago. You may know Michael as the host and founder of America's Commercial Real Estate Show, a popular video and podcast show that has produced a new show every week since 2010. He is also the founder of Commercial Agent Success Strategies, a cloud based commercial agent training system featuring 21 one-hour modules.
