Gene Trowbridge is Live on Elevate!

It was great to have Gene Trowbridge Esq., CCIM on the show! Gene is experienced in the commercial and investment real estate market. As a syndicator, he sponsored 16 funds, while raising money though the SEC brokerage network. He was a senior instructor for CCIM courses for 40 years. At age 45, he went to law school and is now the managing partner of Trowbridge Sidoti LLP.

Tyler and Gene’s discussion focused on the benefits of mentorship, with Gene explaining his business model of education-based marketing to attract customers, then delivering on a one-to-one basis to build long-term relationships:

When I feel that I've accomplished something by elevating someone I work with, that motivates me. When I go down to the office a couple times a week and I see what they're doing and I'm encouraging and they gather something from me being there, I drive home, I'm happy.

Gene also discussed how The Shack was instrumental in helping him get over the loss of his daughter. Other topics included Gene’s career transition to the legal field, multitasking tips, using email as a phone, Gene's four questions for syndicators and more.
