Logan Freeman is Live on Elevate!
It was a pleasure to welcome Logan Freeman to the show. Logan is a real estate investor, developer and agent who found his niche as an investment property specialist and representing buyers in the transactions process. He has also completed multiple joint venture projects and equity partnerships. Completing over 120 transactions in less than a year, Logan relies on his most valuable priorities to guide his profit-producing activities. He is also a husband and father residing in Kansas City, Missouri.
In this episode, Tyler and Logan’s discussion focused on the two biggest turning points in Logan’s life: getting cut from the NFL and the passing of his father.
And I said, look, time to reinvent yourself and think about what your next move is. I was an offensive lineman as well. So during that period of time, I was 335 pounds. So I thought that's what I was going to do for the rest of my life. And when that (getting cut) happened, I also lost a hundred pounds. So I reinvented myself physically, which really started the manifestation internally that, “Hey, if you desire to lose a hundred pounds to start your own company, you can start taking actions toward that to actually make that happen.” And so when I got cut, I decided to go back and finish my master's degree at the University of Central Missouri.
Other topics included Logan starting a Roth IRA at the age of 15, strength finders tests, saying “no” to transactions under a certain volume, the journal system by Brendan Bruchard, hiring coaches, listening and more. Logan is a very driven individual who came “energized, thriving and focused” in this episode!
