Pancham Gupta is Live on Elevate!
It was a pleasure to have Pancham Gupta on the show! Pancham is the host of The Gold Collar Investor podcast and principal of Mesos Capital. Pancham has a Masters in Information Networking in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He manages and controls over $32 million in real estate. He has bought and invested in properties in five different states and internationally. Pancham has successfully built a portfolio which is cash-flowing in double digits. He is a co-founder of the Multifamily Mastermind NYC group and he was recently on a panel at the Best Ever Conference.

“It was extremely hard for me to quit. It was like golden handcuffs. You're getting this constant paycheck and I was talking about quitting with my wife and my family. They were all against me quitting because everyone was saying, ‘What if it doesn't work out? What about the benefits? What about this high salary? You're not getting that much in passive income. It's not even close. So what about this? What about that?’ And I'm like, ‘You all are talking about what if it doesn't work’ And I always said, ‘What if it does?’ I want to give myself that opportunity that, at least a chance and not have that regret later that I didn't do it.”
Pancham also discussed another serendipitous event of deciding to stay in America instead of his original plan of moving back to India. As Tyler pointed out, this decision happened for Pancham, not to him.
