Brian Bradley is Live on Elevate

We were very pleased to welcome Brian Bradley to the show. Brian is a leading educator and asset protection attorney for high-risk business professionals, entrepreneurs, real estate investors and high net worth families. Brian is an advisor and focuses on setting up systems and strategic teams to protect your assets and preserve your wealth. He also acts as an in-house counsel and a chief knowledge officer for firms helping to maximize their value of existing and new products along with technology integration.

One of the main talking points in Tyler and Brian’s discussion was the importance of proactively protecting and managing risk and liability, with Brian providing invaluable actionable steps to take. Brian summarized one of the main deficiencies he sees in real estate investors in the excerpt below:

They're not managing their risk and liability at all. They’re like, “I'll set that up later on. I'll set it up when I need it.” There's no proactive thought, there's no preventative thought. It goes to costs. Cost is always going to be an upside of procrastination. The longer you wait, the more it's going to cost. So if you do things beforehand, before you need them, before you're under fire, before you're being sued, it's going to be a lot less than in the long run.

This episode also heavily focused on living a life of pivoting. Brian discussed how he’s had to adapt personally and professionally, sharing how is life was completely derailed from athletics, his experience getting laid off, and working for free.

Brian’s relatable life of pivoting, and his knowledge of risk and liability, makes this a great episode for Elevate Nation!
